Many banks are willing to work in this arena, except they will not just do business with any exchange that comes along. You have to bring a strong compliance program, once that is pragmatic and not theoretical, a great introducer and a solid business plan for the money the bank will make on the risk they take on you.

Today, introduction to crypto-friendly banks is a huge business. Starting price for crypto-exchanges &/or platform to/from fiat, goes from anywhere as low as US$ 50,000 to median US$ 150,000 to as high as US$ 200,000 as introducers fees.

The list of banks that deal in such is usually kept hidden from public view.
