Well, Pakistan's first Bitcoin Exchange opened up, give that a try: UrduBit bitcoin exchange. Fees are reasonable, considering if you had to do the same internationally. In fact pricing is quite good.

There isn't mentioned anything about liquidity or market price when I visited the website on 13th Oct/2014.

LocalBitcoins has a premium associated to it, so they are definitely not cheap.
