What does a payment analyst do?

Traditionally, ops position, compiling reports and statements based off the accounting and/or other softwares in use.

In dev, they structure how the transactions reports will be compiled, all the I/O functions, etc.

In audit, they create checks and balances on top of the underlying data that comes in.
