Depending on the countries you want to transfer the money out to, the players will vary. You may want to look out for an FX Currency Broker that specialises in cross-border payments, examples include Rational Group (UK), The Currency Cloud, Currency Fair, Transferwise, et. al.

These companies essentially specialise in cross-border payments and will be a whole lot cheaper than traditional wire transfers. They can handle bulk payments - no issue.
