Just a couple of things:

Register as a Financial Services company
Register with VISA/MasterCard (if you will be processing more than their monthly limit) - otherwise you're good
Have a working relationship with an Acquiring Bank that would preferably enable you to integrate with say Cybersource or MIGS.
