Online Payments: What alternatives exist to credit cards and PayPal in developing countries?

In the developing world, the alternates to CC/PayPal is undoubtedly Cash on Delivery. COD is king! In addition to COD, almost each country has its own version of a localised payment system. Some are indigenous payment systems and cards, whilst others utilise or rely on the mobile networks for payments.
