How can I build my own payment gateway and get Visa and Mastercard approval without affiliating with banks or third parties?

You need to apply directly with Visa/MasterCard for this. Visa for example has the Visa ACP (Accelerated Connection Platform) and you need to be an ACP Technology partner to do this.

MasterCard also has a similar program.
