Does PCI compliance apply to Bitcoin transactions and mobile wallet payments?

PCI compliance for Bitcoin hasn't been defined per se (last time I checked), however, it is sound methodology of securing and locking down your systems.

Mobile Wallet transactions that deal with card data, are subject to PCI compliance.
