Beyond lending, how else can banks support growing businesses?

Albeit very few banks actually do this (community banks being the exception), banks can help you network. Community banks and small businesses enjoy a special relationship (that being of a smaller size versus the big players).

They value you doing business with them, and in return, (community) banks can help you network with the right businesses / people to expand your business.
